Synergy ECP – Columbia, Maryland
While Meridian enjoys great partnerships in designing its clients’ requirements, one of the primary relationship drivers is with Synergy ECP. Synergy ECP is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned company. Synergy has partnered up with a few Veteran organizations to help bring training and jobs to our transitioning Veterans. Synergy ECP has earned a client list that includes numerous Fortune 100 companies, in addition to multiple US government agencies and US military services.Meridian is honored and humbled to have its partnership with Synergy. Impact Immersive, LLC – Atlantic, Georgia
Since the fall of 2021, Meridian and Impact Immersive, LLC has worked to create opportunities for marginalized communities and institutions of higher learning across the United States. The collaboration has been focused on the creation of Centers of Excellence in Technologies with spaces that provide for both entertainment (eSports Competitions, iRacing, and Simulated Golf) and the next generation of skills to make the targeted demographics competitive in areas of technology including, but not limited to: Drone Operations and Licensing; Robotics; and computer programming.
Impact Immersive was formed in 2019 to explore how to level the playing field in the technology landscape. Those attempting to bring young people of color and women into technology followed similar patterns but were not getting the results they desired.
The principals, Kevin Thompson, Jarius DeWalt, and Jerome James Jr., saw the need for a more holistic approach to the problem. Instead of disparate programming without a coordinated, comprehensive approach, it made more sense to have all the pieces under one umbrella.
Initially, they looked to create and partner with organizations that had expertise in areas ranging from education to entrepreneurial pursuits. They wanted to create a menu of resources for those who needed them. The pandemic forced them to rethink their plans. Potential industry partners and limited financial partners put projects on hold and rethought investment strategies.
Coming out of the pandemic, the principals worked through the idea of using a practical base, Esports, as the means to introduce technologies to their core groups. It provided an opportunity to expose students and others to the full breadth of a technology company in an interactive way. It would give students hands-on experience, educational opportunities and a chance to see how they could build careers with technology.
Added conversations with industry professionals, crystalized the team’s perspective that, while Esports was viable, in and of itself, a viable pursuit there needed to be additional tech-based sports and learning to create a more comprehensive field of technology service offerings. As such, the Impact Immersive / Meridian team has added robotics competitions and drone racing to the mix to provide access to more technologies while also establishing a holistic family friendly place to gather.
Impact Immersive regards itself as a unique complement to team Meridian by augmenting the Company’s eSports portfolio of candidate clients by expanding the potential in education and funding programming. We are excited to be a partner with Meridian eSports.
Ishoni LLC – McKinney, Texas
Ishoni LLC is a Production and Esports Service Company that provides services to companies / organizations utilizing Production (Live and Virtual), Tournament Administration, and Event Management.
In its continued formation of a premier Esports Development and Operations group, Meridian eSports has expanded its Tier 1 support team by bringing on board its Operations and Events Management specialists based in McKinney, Texas – Ishoni Esports (Ishoni), LLC.
Ishoni’s offers a full complement to Meridian eSports and its teaming partners subject matter expertise in: Event and Production Management; Tournament and League Access and Administration; and, Gaming Programming services. The teaming relationship between Meridian eSports and Ishoni Esports are in their sophomore year of partnership and excited about the potential of this partnership.
Founded in 2019, Ishoni represents Meridian’s operations and events service provider of choice in delivering professional grade production and event management to Meridian and its eSports development partners. Meridian eSports is an ideal partner for Ishoni as both organizations look to enable technology, entertainment, and experiences accessible to all. By combining Meridian and Ishoni’s competencies, resources and shared mission, the collaboration creates a tandem that expands service bandwidth to those who seek to take the next step in providing amazing experiences to their local communities.
Ishoni founders Don Wadsley and Jalen Johnson, are the brain trust and industry thought leaders for which Meridian eSports leans on to ensure the byproduct of member collaborations result in the optimum development of information technology learning potential and gaming experiences. Wadsley and Johnson also share in Meridian’s corporate philosophy of working to provide technology access and orientation to those communities looking for pathways in the exponentially growing digital and esports industry. Ishoni does this through its events and production by internal projects and external contract services. These experiences are executed with the participants and audience in mind molded by the project’s mission and goals.

Our team at MyriadVision focuses on curating our clients designs and bringing those thoughts and ideas to life. Partnering our creative talents with cutting edge technology, we have the ability to take the simplest of ideas, visions, and designs and bring those to life in a virtual reality that helps our clients understand their visions and ideas better. Each project has a life of its own, and our job is to ensure that it is represented in the best possible manner.
Our expertise comes from our extensive knowledge in the design field, with more than 8 years of combined experience, our team has the ability to understand any challenges brought our way. Our team is fully educated, boasting Masters in Architecture (M.ARCH) degrees whilst partnering that with our real-world experience, giving us the ability to work side by side with some of the best talents in the design industry.
Partnering with Meridian eSports has given us the ability to truly flex our creativity and show off what the brand has to offer. The industry of eSports is a rapidly growing industry, and our designs and teamwork show that off. With Meridian at the helm of this industry, and our design expertise/skills, these gaming facilities are an industry-shattering movement that will help define what this category of design should look and feel like!
